You do not need to sign a contract or commit to a long program. A single visit can already bring useful insights. If you like what you see, we can schedule quarterly check-ins. If not, there is no pressure to continue. Joining us simply means agreeing to one observation visit at your convenience.

We keep our calendar open for small restaurants that rarely get outside support. You can reach us by email or phone to discuss your current situation. There is no automated system — a real person will answer and listen. We will ask about your service hours and typical guest volume. After a brief conversation, we will suggest a date for a first visit.
